What are biostimulators?

Biostimulators are injectable treatments designed to stimulate the skin’s natural repair processes rather than add volume.

    • Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles that communicate with skin cells to boost regeneration, collagen production, and reduce inflammation.

    • Polynucleotides (PNs) are purified DNA fragments that improve hydration, reduce oxidative stress, and support extracellular matrix repair.

  • Profhilo® is a purified, ultra-high concentration hyaluronic acid injectable that spreads evenly under the skin to remodel tissue rather than add volume. It stimulates collagen types I and III and elastin, improving skin texture, elasticity, and hydration over time. Profhilo® is ideal for the face, neck, décolleté, and hands.

These treatments are ideal for individuals seeking skin rejuvenation, improved texture, and overall skin quality.

Products we use

We use licensed, clinically validated exosome and polynucleotide formulations, handled and stored according to manufacturer guidelines to ensure maximum safety and efficacy.

We use only licensed Profhilo® products stored and administered according to manufacturer guidelines. Correct handling and injection technique are essential to ensure consistent, safe results.

How it works

   • Exosomes promote cell-to-cell communication, activating fibroblasts and keratinocytes to repair and regenerate tissue.

   • Polynucleotides integrate into the dermis to stimulate collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production, improving skin elasticity, hydration, and tone.

  • Profhilo® is injected at 5 precise points on each side of the face using the BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) technique. Once injected, the hyaluronic acid spreads under the skin, stimulating fibroblasts to increase collagen and elastin production. The result is gradual improvement in skin firmness, elasticity, and overall quality. Effects are cumulative and typically seen over multiple sessions.

• Minimal discomfort; topical anaesthetic applied if needed

3. Recovery & follow-up

• Mild redness or swelling may occur for 24–48 hours

• Progressive improvement in skin quality over 2–4 weeks

• Typically 3–4 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart for optimal results followed by maintenance sessions every 6-9 months.
