2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to book treatments.

• Proof of age may be required prior to treatment.

3. Consultations

• All new clients are required to attend a consultation before undergoing any treatment.

• The consultation ensures your suitability for treatment and allows us to discuss your goals and medical history.

4. Appointments & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable, except where Dr Bianca Aesthetics must cancel your appointment.

• If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

• Failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”) will also result in the loss of your deposit.

6. Treatment Results

• Results may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

• Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.

• Aftercare instructions must be followed to optimise treatment outcomes.

7. Medical Considerations

• You must provide accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment.

• Dr Bianca Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Payments & Refunds

• All treatments must be paid in full on the day of your appointment.

• Deposits and treatments are non-refundable once purchased.

• Package treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

13. Skin Membership

• A joining fee will be required to be paid at the time of consultation to secure your place.

• All direct debits set up before the 28th of the month will commence their first appointment the following month.

• Each skin membership is a 12 month contract

• Injectable treatments must have the minimum defined period between treatments.

• Exosome treatments (as part of platinum package) will be administered as part of the monthly skin treatment with microneedling.

• There are a limited number of memberships available for each tier (10). A waitlist is available at request.
